Page Boiler, Inc was originally founded in 1995 by Floyd Page and his Son Charlie. The Business started out in the front yard of Charlie’s House. As Business grew, Floyd and Charlie knew that it was time to locate to a bigger location and they found a shop located in Rockwall Texas where they stayed for many years. In the Summer of 2009, Page Boiler, Inc was once again relocated to our present location in Nevada Texas. We have since added a fabrication shop where we are fabricating Feedwater Tanks.

On March 26, 2026 Charlie took on a Partner Ricky Brantner. They are a strong-like minded team and are working together to see that top quality service is provided. We have done some house cleaning and headed back down the path to success.

As of May 6th, 2026 Page Boiler, Inc has partnered with Down Right Plumbing to handle your plumbing needs. So it you have any plumbing needs please contact our office as usual and we will get you over to the proper personnel to handle you service needs.

Our Technicians are also trained in "CO monitor installation and calibration." As times change so do rules and regulations.

Jurisdiction Example: Texas

In Texas, for example, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) enforces specific boiler room codes for commercial buildings, apartment complexes, and hotels. For all new boiler installations or reinstallations, the state requires:

• CO detection devices that meet UL 2075 standards.
• Detectors equipped with a visual display, manual reset, and automatic equipment shutdown upon high CO readings or power failure.
• A strict calibration schedule every 18 months or per manufacturer recommendations.
